The Allen-Bradley 193-EECB is an Electronic Overload Relay from the E1 Plus series. It is designed to provide precise motor protection for Bulletin 100-C contactors (9A to 37A).
Unlike traditional bimetallic (thermal) overloads, the electronic nature of the 193-EECB offers a wider adjustment range and higher accuracy, as it measures current electronically rather than relying on heat-sensitive strips.
