The 1783-BMS20CGN is one of the highest-density models in the Stratix 5700 family. It is a Full Managed Switch that features 20 total ports and hardware-based Network Address Translation (NAT).
This model is frequently used as a “Cell/Area” switch. It is powerful enough to manage an entire production line’s internal traffic while using NAT to act as a secure, single-point gateway to the plant-wide Enterprise network.
