Just stated using these guys again after a 3 year break. It seems a new management setup has made all the difference. Now sourcing more current spares at significantly reduced price and turnaround to our other suppliers. Kat was particularly helpful giving us regular updates right up until delivery. Sourcing for a customer with aged equipment is sometimes an impossible task. Over the past 6 months, the "impossible" has become less and less since I've started dealing with Obso Automation. Jenny Buckley is extremely attentive and expeditious in her pursuit to find what I need any time I reach out for a quote. Jenny and her team at Obso are a great resource that any supplier in this industrial/automation space could utilize!
